We do this by request, as well as every Tuesday. Details for that weeks bulk offering will be noted in the store. This is a great option for artists, or people that send clothing out of country.

In the early 1980s, Chris Dudley started working in the real estate industry after relocating from Maine to Florida in 1979. She later owned an antique business for 13 years while raising her two daughters, both of whom graduated from Stetson University. It was her love for antiques that eventually drew her into the auction business in the mid-1990s.
Chris has a strong commitment to her community and has actively participated in various organizations for more than 30 years. Her involvement in these organizations is a testament to her passion for contributing to her community's growth and development.
She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate and Auctioneer and is highly enthusiastic about the auction industry. She has developed a particular expertise in serving clients with estate, probate, and private selling needs, and her experience and qualifications enable her to provide top-quality services to her clients and to navigate the complexities of the auction industry with ease.

She also holds the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) and GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser) designations with the National Auctioneers Association.
